 ​Payment

1. By purchasing Precision Tennis products or services, you agree to pay the specified fees as outlined in our pricing or as otherwise agreed upon

2. For non-package students, a 50% deposit of lesson fee is required to reserve your slot

3. Precision Tennis accepts payment through Paynow, Paylah, bank transfers or cash. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information

4. All sales of Precision Tennis products or services are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases unless expressly stated otherwise in writing

Package Lessons

1. Students must finish all lessons within 14 weeks, remaining lessons will be forfeited

a. Lessons cancelled due to rain can be rolled over to the following package (limited to 1/week)

b. Package will be put on freeze if coach is on annual leave, unless a replacement coach is agreed upon ​

2. Lesson cancellation

a. Free class cancellation at least 24 hours before lesson start time

b. Half lesson will be counted for cancellation less than 24 hours notice

c. Rain cancellation policy same as the below-mentioned

3. Make up lessons will be dependent on coach’s schedule

 

Class Cancellation Policy

1. Student last minute cancellation at least 48 hours before lesson start time

a. Half lesson fee will be charged for cancellation less than 48 hours notice

b. Full lesson fee will be charged for cancellation less than 24 hours notice

2. The coach hereby reserves the unequivocal right to unilaterally cancel the scheduled lesson at any given time, with or without prior notice, at their sole discretion

 

Rain Cancellation Policy

1. Coach reserves the right to make the final call on lesson cancellation due to rain

2. If it rains after lesson has started

a. First 15 mins (lesson will not be chargeable)

b. Between 15-30 mins (half lesson fee will be charged)

c. Between 30-45 mins (half lesson fee will be charged) d. Between 45-60 mins (full lesson fee will be charged)

1. Precision Tennis is committed to respecting the privacy and rights of individuals featured in media content produced or used by the organization. This Media Consent Policy outlines how we seek and obtain consent from individuals before using their images, videos, or voices for various purposes

2. Types of Media Content Covered

a. This policy applies to photographs, videos, audio recordings, or any other media content that features identifiable individuals associated with Precision Tennis

3. Purpose of Media Content

a. Media content may be used for various purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, marketing, social media, websites, publications, educational materials, and public relations

4. Obtaining Consent

a. Precision Tennis will seek prior explicit consent from individuals before capturing or using their images, videos, or voices for the specified purposes

b. For students under the age of 18 years old, Precision Tennis will seek prior consent from a parent or legal guardian

5. Consent Withdrawal

a. Individuals have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Precision Tennis will promptly comply with any such requests, and the media content will be removed from future use as far as reasonably possible

6. Review and Updates

a. This Media Consent Policy will be periodically reviewed to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Updates will be made as necessary, and individuals will be informed of any significant changes
